We stand behind the quality of Datapro7. If you're not satisfied with your credit purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of unused credits.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased credits within the last 30 days
- The majority of purchased credits remain unused (typically 80% or more)
- You experienced technical issues that prevented use of the service
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times by error
- The service did not meet the advertised functionality
2. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact Us: Email admin@brainowconsulting.com with subject line "Refund Request"
- Provide Details: Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for refund
- Wait for Review: We'll review your request within 2-3 business days
- Receive Refund: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
3. Refund Calculations
Refund Amount:
- Unused Credits: Full refund for 100% unused credits within 30 days
- Partially Used: Pro-rated refund based on unused portion (minimum 80% unused)
- Heavily Used: Credits with less than 80% remaining are generally non-refundable
Example: If you purchased 100 credits for $50 and used 10 credits, you have 90% remaining. You would be eligible for a refund of $45 (90% of $50).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Credits that have been more than 20% used
- Violations of our Terms of Use
- Abuse of refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first
- Change of mind after full use of credits
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using Datapro7:
- Contact support immediately at admin@brainowconsulting.com
- We'll work to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the problem, you're eligible for a full refund
- Credits used during the technical issue period will not count against your refund eligibility
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Important: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension. Please give us a chance to resolve your issue before disputing charges with your bank.
If you've been charged incorrectly:
- Email us with transaction details
- We'll investigate within 24 hours
- Incorrect charges will be refunded immediately
- You'll receive confirmation and receipt
7. Refund Timeline
Expected Timeline:
- Request Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
- Review & Decision: 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)
- Total Time: Approximately 10-18 business days from request to funds in account
8. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card: Refunded to the card used for purchase
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Other Methods: Contact support for alternative refund options
9. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds:
- Pro-rated refund based on unused credits
- Compensation for service downtime
- Adjustment for pricing errors
- Goodwill gestures for exceptional circumstances
